She has researched what makes learning environments empowering or disempowering. Noting that empowering learning environments create intrinsic motivation, cooperation, collaboration, growth mindset, grit and improve mood and elevate self esteem. She has discovered the three portals to empowered learning that will help you partner with your child or students to help them reach their full potential!

My methods honor the role of the learner as guide and the teacher as mentor. My experience has shown that the reciprocal teacher-student relationship is critical to the learning process. "
